About Us
The BALCOR team is a group of dedicated individuals with a wide range of skills, expertise and varied cultural backgrounds.
We strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where all team members feel valued, heard, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives. We understand the NDIS and challenges faced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander people in community and our team has both professional and lived disability experience.
Our team is dedicated to working hand in hand with participants and service providers in the community, fostering inclusivity, empowerment, and equal opportunities for all.
